The 2026 Power Ford NM Rapids Open tournament is for competitive and recreational boys’ & girls’ teams (age groups U9 through U15). Every effort will be made to properly bracket teams to ensure good competition.
U9/U10 – $495/team
U11/U12 – $595/team
U13-U15 – $695/team

ROSTER VERIFICATION PROCESS - THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE/GAME DAY CHECK-INS

ALL COACHES & STAFF MUST HAVE THEIR EMAIL LISTED IN GOTSPORT REGISTRATION ROSTER SYSTEM FOR CONFLICT SCHEDULING & TOURNAMENT UPDATES
No team will be accepted in the 2026 Gaylord Sheppard until its Entry Fee payment in full has been received and processed successfully, and an official Roster and Passcards have been uploaded, reviewed and accepted by the Tournament Director or their staff. If your Roster has pictures you do not need to upload passcards
All entering teams will be assigned an "APPLIED" status until their Entry Fee payment has been received and processed successfully (and rosters/cards uploaded). Then their status will be changed to "ACCEPTED.
All payments are absolutely FINAL and there will be NO REFUNDS issued for any partial cancellations/suspension of matches, weather-related delays and/or shortening of matches, opponents failing to show up, etc. If the ENTIRE tournament weekend is cancelled, there will be a prorated REFUND issued to teams within (30) days after the Event Dates."
Documentation Approval Process:
- Upload Roster and Passcards when applying. If Roster has pictures you do not need to upload passcards. When uploading passcards please take 1-2 pictures and upload pictures. Cross out players not playing
- Print a Copy of the roster to turn in to referee for every game
GUEST PLAYERS
- To add a guest player please handwrite (legibly) the following information for each guest player at the bottom of your official roster and upload into gosport. The guest passcard also needs to be uploaded in the gotpsort system
- Full Name
- Unique Jersey Numbers
- Date of Birth
DOCUMENTS NEEDED AT EACH GAME
- Team rosters to turn into referee (Coach will provide 1 copy each game and it will be kept by the Referee)
PRE-GAME REFEREE CHECK IN
- Coach shall provide a team roster for each game that the referee keeps
- Referee(s) shall, prior to the start of the game verify the identity of each player and coach with their Roster
- The Referee must not allow a player into the game who is not on the roster from the team that is playing.
